Business Angel Finance (Private Investors)
We maintain close contacts with Europe's largest Business Angel network which specialises in matching businesses requiring finance with private investors with funds to invest. Typically the network provides equity capital / loan packages in the £100,000 to £2 million range, normally considered below the threshold for Venture Capitalists and thus difficult to access. The investors in the network often have a broad range of interests, with a range of sector preferences. These experienced and successful business people also bring a range of skills and contacts to the table and, given agreement on the finance part of the deal, these skills and contacts can make all the difference between the long term success or failure of the venture.We will initially advise the applicant business on their Business Plan (if they have one) or work with them to develop an appropriate Plan tailored to the Angel Finance market and introduce the company to an Associate from the Business Angel network who will manage the process from that point with Menter Business & Accountancy Limited taking a support role. With the exception of the Business Planning process which is undertaken on an agreed fixed price basis, the fees for the Business Angels funding process is mainly success based.
